Refund Policy

Our promise

We don't ask for the full price until you're happy. Here's exactly how it works.

Before your site is live

• You pay a 50% deposit to start. This covers the design and build work that begins immediately.
• If you change your mind before we've started building, contact us within 48 hours of paying the deposit and we'll refund it in full.
• Once we've begun building your custom site, the deposit is non-refundable, because the work has been done — but you are never charged the remaining balance until you approve the finished site.

At delivery

• When your site is ready, you review it. If something isn't right, you request changes at no cost and we fix it before you pay anything more.
• You only pay the final 50% after you approve the live site.
• If, after we've made reasonable requested changes, you decide not to proceed, you owe only the deposit already paid and we will take the site down.

Monthly hosting

• The monthly hosting & service fee is billed each month in advance.
• You can cancel anytime — email support@paragonwebstudio.com or call 1.888.495.6935. Cancellation stops future charges. The current month is not refunded or prorated.
• No long-term contract, no cancellation fee.
